West OKC Rotary Club Supports Western Heights High School
with Generous Donation

e West OKC Rotary Club proudly presented a startup donation to the newly established Western Heights High School. The event brought together key figures from the Western Heights School District, including Dr. Savage, the Superintendent, and Meggan Wilson, Assistant Superintendent and Rotarian. The celebration was also attended by Mrs. Kandy Hunt, Principal of Western Heights High School, and Ms. LaTonia Moore, former Interact Advisor, who was accompanied by three enthusiastic new Interact members.

Once upon a time, in the bustling city of West OKC, a group of dedicated Rotarians came together with a vision to make a positive impact on their community. The Rotary Club members, known for their unwavering commitment to service, compassion, and education, decided to take their efforts to a whole new level.

During a Rotary Club meeting, an idea was born. Inspired by Rotary International's theme for the year 2023-2024, "Creating Hope in the World," the West OKC Rotary Club decided to launch a new initiative to honor outstanding students and teachers in their community.
