Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the modern workplace

With a career that spans various industries like marketing, DE&I, sales, cybersecurity, project management, public relations, interior design and social media, the common thread for Skye’s career has always been strategy and people. She has a natural gift of meeting people where they are and tailoring their message to reflect their truth. Skye is the lead for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion marketing programs that help companies create more equitable and welcoming physical and digital workplaces for all. She serves on the East End Commercial District board of directors, the Mary Abbott Children's House board, is Chairperson of the Equity Brewing Company Trust and was a founding member of Black Women Voices Oklahoma.

Skye graduated from Oklahoma Christian University with a degree in Public Relations and Mass Communications. She is a 40 Under 40 award winner, Next Generation under 30 award winner and was recently nominated as one of Oklahoma's Most Powerful Young Professionals.
