The Analyst Minstries (TAM)
Jonna Madrid Herbert was born and raised in Ardmore, Oklahoma. She attended Langston University for her undergraduate degree in Finance and later went to the University of Phoenix for her graduate degree in Business Administration. She has worked in various sectors looking for the right fit. She has been a police dispatcher for the City of Lone Grove and later went on to become their City Clerk. She has worked in Corporate America in positions such as IT, Helpdesk, Business and Credit Analysis, Tax, but always helped the youth group at church. She has always said that she had an entrepreneurial heart that could also work for others and would always do what she needs to for her family. She is married to her husband of eight years, Kenyard "Kenny", and had 7 children including bonus children. Both her and Kenny's oldest sons passed away. Jonna's son Marcellus died of Mucopolysaccharidosis Type 2 (Hunter's disease - not to be confused with Huntington's) at the age of 11. Kenny's son, Justin, passed away due to an enlarged heart (which the love that was shown for his funeral showed how large his heart really was) because of Sickle Cell. Through all of the hardships that Jonna has faced, during her teenage years to current day situations has led her to The Analyst Ministries Inc. or TAM. TAM was officially formed in February of 2020 and became a 501c3 organization in August. It has since serviced over 45 kids in the Oklahoma City area. TAM has a mission to encourage empowerment, healing and direction through support groups, life skills classes, camps, and retreats. The goal is to do precisely what Frederick Douglass said and the organization uses this quote in its every day of "It's easier to build strong children than to repair broken men."
